PROTECT WHAT MATTERS MOST

INCOME PROTECTION

SHORT & LONG TERM DISABILITY PROTECTION

Income protection, which includes both short-term and long-term disability coverage, provides a safety net by offering a regular income replacement payment if you can't work due to illness, injury, or disability. This can help you cover your living expenses and maintain your lifestyle while you recover or find a new job. Without it, you may struggle to make ends meet and rely on savings or government assistance, which may not be enough to meet your needs. Therefore, having income protection can provide peace of mind and protect your financial wellbeing. Protect the one asset that makes all your other assets possible... your paycheck!

CRITICAL ILLNESS PROTECTION

Critical illness insurance provides a lump sum payment if you're diagnosed with a serious illness, such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke. This payment can be used to cover medical expenses, replace lost income, pay off debt, or make necessary modifications to your home or vehicle. Having critical illness insurance can provide financial security and peace of mind during a difficult time, allowing you to focus on your recovery without worrying about financial stress. It can also help you maintain your lifestyle and support your family while you receive treatment.

FAMILY CONCERNS

LIFE INSURANCE COVERAGE

The best reason to have life insurance coverage is to provide financial protection for your loved ones in the event of your death—helping them cover essential expenses like mortgage payments, daily living costs, debts, and future needs such as education, all without financial strain. Term life insurance offers affordable coverage for a specific period (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 years) and is ideal for temporary needs—such as protecting your family while paying off a mortgage, raising children, or covering income during your working years. Whole life insurance provides lifelong coverage with a guaranteed payout and builds cash value over time. It’s useful for long-term planning—such as leaving an inheritance, covering estate taxes, or funding final expenses regardless of when you pass away.

MORTGAGE PROTECTION

Term insurance is a good option to protect your mortgage from foreclosure and loss of equity in the event of your death because it provides a lump sum payment to your beneficiaries. This payment can be used to pay off your mortgage, ensuring that your loved ones can keep the home without the burden of mortgage payments or the risk of foreclosure. Without term insurance, your family may be forced to sell the home at a loss or risk losing it altogether. Term insurance can provide a safety net for your family, allowing them to maintain their standard of living and avoid financial hardship during a difficult time.

FINAL EXPENSE COVERAGE

The best reason to have final expense insurance is to ensure that your loved ones are not burdened with the cost of your funeral and other end-of-life expenses. Final expense insurance provides a lump sum payment to cover these costs, which can include funeral expenses, medical bills, and other outstanding debts. By having final expense insurance, you can alleviate the financial burden on your family during a difficult time and allow them to focus on grieving and honoring your memory, without financial stress.

HEALTH COVERAGE

Major Medical High Deductible - GAP

The MMGAP (Foundation) is limited benefit hospital expense coverage and available to customers with existing or pending group major medical coverage. The MMGAP is designed to cover 100% of out-of-pocket deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance required by the group major medical policy for hospital inpatient treatment up to a calendar year maximum benefit of $2,000 up to $10,000, depending on the amount selected by the applicant. There is an Optional Hospital Outpatient Benefit Rider that will cover 50% of the group major medical deductible, copayments and coinsurance associated with Hospital Outpatient expenses, subject to the policy calendar year maximum benefit amount elected. VOLUNTARY SUPPLEMENTAL  EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Ancillary benefit plans, also known as supplemental insurance plans, are additional benefits that employers can offer to enhance employees’ core health coverage. These plans may include dental and vision care, disability insurance, life insurance, accident coverage, and other specialized health services. A key advantage is that benefits are paid directly to the insured, not the provider. This gives employees the flexibility to use the funds however they need—whether for deductibles, copays, coinsurance, medical bills, or even everyday expenses like groceries, transportation, or childcare. Ancillary benefits provide employees with added financial security in the event of an unexpected illness, injury, or loss, filling coverage gaps that core health insurance may not address. For employers, offering these plans helps attract and retain top talent by creating a more competitive and comprehensive benefits package. Ultimately, ancillary benefit plans give employees peace of mind and the freedom to manage their financial needs during life’s challenges.

DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE

Your dental benefits help you save money. And you might be surprised at how much more you save when you visit a network provider. Network providers charge you 25-50% less than their regular rates. Many of them also offer discounted fees on non-covered dental services as allowed by state law. Plus, costs for more serious dental procedures are typically reimbursed at a higher rate when you visit a network dentist.

RX PROGRAMS

Rx programs are prescription drug programs that provide assistance to patients in need of medications. They offer a range of benefits, including discounts on prescription medications, free or low-cost medications for eligible patients, assistance with navigating insurance coverage, prescription delivery services, and access to patient education and support resources. These programs can be especially beneficial for individuals with chronic health conditions or those who require expensive medications, helping to reduce the financial burden associated with prescription medications. Overall, Rx programs play an important role in ensuring that patients have access to necessary medications to maintain their health.
